Holding Award Ceremony of ENEOS x MOGU “Dowa no Hanataba” Children Story 2024
Award Ceremony held at Vietnam Literature Museum on Novemver 23, 2024
Ceremony of the ENEOS x MOGU Children Story Award was held at the Vietnam Literature Museum on November 23, 2024, with the participation of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan – Mr. Ito Naoki. This marks the 7th 7th contest that ENEOS Vietnam accompanied as a sponsor.

The 7th ENEOS x MOGU “Dowa no Hanataba” contest was launched in March 2024. Over five months and 10 workshops titled “Bút kể ta nghe” the contest received 3,687 submissions from 2,504 contestants of all ages, both within and outside Vietnam. Among these, 24 outstanding stories were selected to receive First, Second, Third, and Consolation prizes across three categories: Primary School, Secondary School, and Open.
With the touching story “Tú Tóc Tai”, fifth-grader Lã Duy Long from Vạn Phúc Primary School, Thanh Trì, Hanoi, won the Grand Prize and the First Prize in the Primary School category. Eighteen winning stories of First, Second, and Third Prizes were compiled into the 7th Dowa no Hanataba book, which was published in November 2024.

Reading spots at pediatric departments held by Bridging Foundation
ENEOS Vietnam is honored to sponsor a portion of the book sales revenue to the Bridge-Building Fund, established by More Production Vietnam. This fund is currently implementing a project to organize reading corners in pediatric wards at hospitals. This meaningful activity aims to promote learning and reading habits in Vietnam.
The year 2024 continues to be a memorable milestone for the Dowa no Hanataba contest. Through the activities of the competition, ENEOS Vietnam is proud to contribute to the country’s literature, especially children’s literature, and to help fairy tales gain increasing recognition.
